Happy birthday, Eric Brittingham...
Born on May 8 1960 in Salisbury, Maryland, US, Eric Brittingham is a musician. He is mostly known as the bassist of Cinderella.
In 1983, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Tom Keifer and Eric Brittingham formed Cinderella (original lineup: Tom Keifer (lead vocals, rhythm & lead guitars, acoustic guitar, keyboards, piano, mandolin, dobro, saxophone, harmonica), Michael Smerick (lead & rhythm guitars, backing vocals), Eric Brittingham (bass, backing vocals), Tony Destra (drums, percussion)).
Jon Bon Jovi saw them perform at the Empire Rock Club in  Philadelphia and recommended Derek Shulman (his A&R) to see them too. Soon after, Cinderella signed its first recording deal.
In 1985, Smerick and Destra left to form Britny Fox. They were replaced by Jeff LaBar and Jim Drnec (replaced by Fred Coury in 1986).
The band released its debut album, Night Songs, in 1986. The record went triple platinium and reached No. 3 on the Billboard charts in February 1987.
In 1987, the band opened for five months for David Lee Roth and for seven months for Bon Jovi.
In 1989, Cinderella performed at the Moscow Music Peace Festival along with artists as Mötley Crüe, Bon Jovi, Ozzy Osbourne, Scorpions, Skid Row...
With his bandmate Jeff LaBar, he formed the band Naked Beggars.
In 2006, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the debut albums Night Songs and Look What The Cat Dragged In, Cinderella and Poison toured together.
In 2009, Brittingham temporarily replaced Bobby Dall on Poison's Summer 2009 tour with Def Leppard because Dall was sick.
In July 2010, Cinderella opened for Bret Michaels at the Common Ground Music Festival in Lansing, Michigan.
In Summer 2012, Cinderella did a US tour and was supported by Sebastian Bach.
In March 2013, the band played at the 2013 Monsters of Rock Cruise.

Pendant l'été 2012, Cinderella fait une tournée aux Etats-Unis avec Sebastian Bach en première partie.
En mars 2013, le groupe joue à la croisière Monsters of Rock.
